We were looking for someone to help with knocking down walls, gut renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as doing flooring and some work in bedrooms. This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. We ended up selecting another contractor due to time constraints, but would certainly look at D & R Construction for any future work."

"Curtice Group to the rescue! This was our second project with the Scott, Eric, and crew after they did our amazing kitchen remodel. We needed our basement bathroom fixed after a previous contractor back-pitched all the piping. I truly can't say enough good things about them: they were transparent with pricing, extremely communicative about what work would happen when, and efficient! We're finally able to use our bathroom for the first time in 3 years. I truly don't think I can hire anybody else but the Curtice Group for any home renovation project."

"We hired Bob at first to do a few smaller repairs, repairing a fence post, replacing our back door, and replacing a basement window and dryer vent. Then, we hired him for a larger project to replace our bulkhead basement door. It was a pretty complicated project, made more complex by the fact that our house is 100 years old. Bob ended up building the doors themselves and in addition, new stairs to the basement, and doing a bunch of concrete work too shore up the existing opening. He was very communicative with us throughout the entire process. We had a budget and he worked with us to propose various approaches that would stay within our budget. Once he started the project, he worked diligently to finish it as quickly as he could, and kept us posted of any updates as he worked on it. We would highly recommend him to do any projects – the quality of his work is excellent, his communication is very good as is the value. He has so much experience – you won’t regret hiring him!"

"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"Bob and his crew were extremely helpful in replacing our front door and slider. Bob was quick to respond and gave us a very fair and honest quote. He was flexible in the timing when the door we ordered was delayed. He and his team also fixed an additional problem when we realized the previous door had been leaking into our basement. Bob and his team were great to work with and we will be contacting them next time we need help with something."

"Excellent! We hired Sanfer and his team after meeting with him a few times and checking references. We really liked his can-do attitude and flexibility. He was easy to talk to and had some design ideas that we chose over the architects. He is a strong builder, meaning he doesnt skimp on making it well made. That was important to me. He has a really great finish carpenter too. Shout out to Edgard! Our remodel was a 4 room, bathroom, 2 floor addition (now a walk out basement/first floor) to accommodate an inlaw apt on the ground floor and office and living room on the first. We also had a small elevator added between the two floors. The pricing was right down the middle compared to others. The elevator installers remarked that the hoistway was the best built they had worked with, which was important since it needed to be within a quarter inch of plumb at any point. We used Sanfer for other smaller add ons and would hire them again for a large or smaller job."

"John and his team just finished up two bathroom remodels for us. One full bath complete gut and one half bath substantial refresh. Working with John and his team, Jimmy, Paul, Stevie, Gary, Joe, Dave was tremendous. This is how remodeling should be. John is beyond attentive. He is patient, will take the time to answer all questions and his pricing is spot on. The work that he and his crew does is meticulous, they are prompt (arriving each day at the exact same time - really), talented and experienced. "This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to put an addition on. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! I will have to remember next time that remodeling is a bit of a noisy process, but I can handle the noise for such a beautiful outcome! You will not be disappointed!"
