"Very satisfied with the basement remodel. Very professional from beginning to end. Its been 2 years and still loving it."

"Excellent work on our bathroom remodel. They were efficient, skilled workers and stayed until the job was completely done."

"Timber and Meghan were great to work with. The price for the work was extremely reasonable and Timber was very flexible and creative with solutions. The original plan was to power wash and treat the existing fence and pergola. Timber suggested going over the old fence with a new fence and building a new pergola. The overall cost for these changes was pretty much the materials. We provided Timber with a photo of a pergola that we found on line and he recreated it flawlessly. I cannot praise Timber highly enough. We are thrilled with the new deck. One of our friends is a retired home builder who is never impressed. He had nothing but praise for the quality and craftsmanship of the work. We already have plans to engage Timber for additional projects. PS We had to order a new dishwasher while Timber was here. He installed it for us and took the old one away."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"I had a great experience with Challenger Construction. They did a fantastic job power washing, scraping, sanding, and painting my entire house, including the siding, trim, doors, porch ceiling, basement windows, and hatch. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality painting company. Here are some of the things I liked about Challenger Construction: They were very responsive to my initial inquiry. I received a quote within 24 hours. They were easy to work with. They Awere willing to answer any questions I had. They did a great job. The power washing, scraping, sanding, and painting were all done to a high standard. They were clean and tidy. They cleaned up after themselves and left my property in good condition. Overall, I am very happy with the work that Challenger Construction did. I would definitely use them again in the future."

"We hired Marcelo and his team to find and fix a leak. It involved assessing the problem which he patiently did and determined the best fix which involved a window replacement. His work was professional, efficient and fairly priced. We have been using GM Carpentry and remodeling for both big and small jobs ever since."

"We moved into a new home and hired Andy to remodel our master bathroom and he ended up doing this, our 1/2 bath, full bath, and created a home theater room from an unfinished space above our garage. He even added some molding in an office, since we thought he would do a much better job than what we could do. He was very accommodating, had ways to fix unexpected issues, pricing was reasonable, showed up every day (unheard of these days), and provided a very nice final product. When there was a delay in one area, he and his team would work in a different room. They were very efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend for any home improvement project and will use them in the future."
