We were looking for someone to help with knocking down walls, gut renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as doing flooring and some work in bedrooms. This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. We ended up selecting another contractor due to time constraints, but would certainly look at D & R Construction for any future work."

"My wife and I learned about Moylan Contracting because of the work they were doing on another house down the street. We noticed they kept an incredibly clean site, and were very friendly when we said hello on walks, so we called for a quote on a kitchen remodel we wanted done. John came over and we were immediately impressed. You could tell he had a lot of experience as he talked us through different design options and listened to our goals for the project. After some consideration we moved forward with his team and are very happy we did. John did a great job keeping us up to date throughout the project. His team stayed on schedule and on budget (except for the additions we added to the scope) and checked in with us constantly about expectations, when we needed to select countertops, backsplash, light fixtures, etc. John would also take our call to talk through any of our questions or concerns during construction, regardless of time of day. Even after the job was complete, John still honors his work. We have called him for some final “touch ups” and he’s happy to come back. Moylan Contracting has pride in their work and it shows. "I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. They kept us abreast of the project's updates and always made suggestions for ways to improve the work for aesthetics and/or cost savings ideas. Scott’s work was beautiful and he and his crew paid attention to every detail. The majority of the house required a gut renovation and it came out exquisite. We collected a number of tasks for him to repair, including: Rot in the front door frame, diagnosing some leakage issues that we had in the basement, repairing additional exterior rot and repairing / cleaning our dryer vent. As always, Bob handled them methodically and exceptionally. Great quality of work which also successfully stopped the leaks in our basement. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat"
