He walked me through the process, gave great advice for deciding on cabinet layout and materials. His subcontractors were all respectful of my house and very knowledgeable. Of course the minute you rip apart an old house you find other issues, but Seth let me know upfront what we might find and how that would affect the cost. He was very transparent and responsive to my questions and concerns and the project was completed in the estimated timeframe. The finished result was beautiful, I had a couple minor issues with some tile after the project was complete and he had his subcontractor right back over to fix the issues. I remodeled in order to sell the house, I ended up getting multiple offers the weekend it went on the market for over asking price, in no small part due to the beautiful new kitchen and bathroom.
