I reached out to company not only for the repair but to actually hire for an additional job I was doing on my house. After I showed him the cracks in the grout he said it would be no problem and would come back to take care of it. Never heard back and phone calls/texts were ignored. This year, Champion remodeled our main bathroom (new tub, vanity, sink and mirror; painting) and did the floors and painting for three bedrooms and our interior stairway.
