Over the past two years, Dave and his crew have done a beautiful job completely renovating my kitchen and adding a small addition to the side of the house, which included a full bath and closet. The painting was excellent and not only did they paint the dining room, but they fixed the doors to my corner built-in hutch, so they actually close and stay shut. I have received many unsolicited compliments on both the inside and outside work and best of all, the house is just so much more comfortable to live in. I asked about putting a few clothes hooks in the small hallway for rainy day weather, and they built me a beautiful clothes rack, which gets so much use! The shower needed a glass door, something I had never purchased before. Dave not only suggested an excellent vendor, but assisted in the selection. Dave is very easy to work with and his crew is not only skilled but I am very comfortable with them in my home. In addition to his crew, I have been impressed with the quality of sub-contractors, vendors, etc., he used. "I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. Santucci Brothers has shown me there are good, professional, honest contractors out there, if you just take the time to find them. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."

"Overall everything went well. They were very responsive, came around 8:30 each day when I was told they’d arrive between 8-9, and the owner checked in on the worker each day. I was pleased he put up a plastic sheet to block off the area while sanding so the dust didn’t end up all over. The person doing the work did need to borrow our screwdriver and use a garbage bag so it was slightly surprising he didn’t have everything he’d need himself. Additionally there are a few noticeable scrape marks in the mud which will need to be patched up. For the most part though we are happy with the work and how efficient they were."

"Gustavo Lojano is the first person I reach out to when I have a project in mind. And after wrapping up on one project, I'm usually already planning what the next project he can help on is. That's how much I trust his work. Below are quick summaries for projects he's completed for me over the years. Bathroom Remodel - This was my first time hiring Gustavo, and thank God I did. I was completely able to rely on his experience and expertise. I could trust that everything being done was to code, which was very important to me since it's an old house. And to speak on his work ethic, he's a contractor that takes pride in his work and ensures that the best quality is put forth. He was on-site everyday to check in on his team and make sure everything was being done to his standard. (fyi, it was, the people he hires are also great) In the end, the bathroom turned out great.  Staircase Refinish - I hired Gustavo again to refinish the main staircase in our house because there was no way I'd let anyone else near the job. I only trusted him and his team to get the job done correctly. Despite it being a very tedious and time consuming project, his team did an amazon job, from sanding to staining, an A+ job. Washer/Dryer Install - I know when I have a project that involves multiple departments, Gustavo is the person to call. Since he takes so much pride in his work, he surrounds himself with and collaborates with people he trusts and who also do good work. For this install I needed a plumber and electrician, which he was easily able to provide and coordinate with. The project turned out great. He even saved me from making a mistake on a layout decision, proving once again how much I trust his experience and expertise. Kitchen Ceiling - One of the projects I unfortunately didn't have Gustavo on was my kitchen remodel, and to this day, I wish I had. One of the main eye sores our other contractor left us with was an issue with the ceiling. But Gustavo 1. noticed it right away, since any good contractor would have, and 2. was able to fix it easily and at a fair price. If this was Gustavo's kitchen remodel, he never would have allowed for an error like that to go uncorrected."
