His partner Vlad was also very professional and they always cleaned up after themselves and laid down tarps to protect our flooring. He was accessible when we had questions or issues to discuss. "The designer came out and looked at our space and existing decor, listened to what I thought wanted and showed me options. We selected what we wanted and they ordered it. They contacted me when everything was in and arrived promptly to install the fireplace. The installers were professional, put down clothes everywhere to protect carpet and furniture and were efficient. The city inspector came and then they came back to install the mantel. The supplier had stopped carrying the marble we had ordered and has substituted something else. We told Carter Custom we didn't want limestone but really wanted a light colored marble. They found us another supplier, took out the limestone and went to install the marble. The main floor piece had cracked during shipping. They got us another piece and finally we got it all installed. The installer showed me how to use the remote control and how to manually over ride in case of a power failure. He also went through basic maintenance. I really appreciated all the communication as the supplier problems were sorted out. I always knew exactly what was going on and what the current status was. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional and overall we had a great experience. The price quoted and paid was considerably less than other suppliers for essentially the same product and the people were considerably more helpful. Overall I highly recommend them!"

"The project took about 6 hours to complete over 2 days. The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. Overall, we're beyond pleased with the results. Before we hired PROFI LLC, we had most of our kitchen remodeled (new counter top, cabinetry, appliances, but same floor tiling). The impact of having an almost entirely new kitchen was already pretty great, but the addition of the back-splash left us awestruck; it made a huge impression all of its own that was the perfect finishing touch to our whole kitchen remodeling project."

"Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

"We are extremely pleased with our remodeled bathroom! Brian also installed LVP flooring throughout the main level of our home, & it looks amazing! He did an excellent job of communicating, which is very important to us. This was true when he scheduled a plumber & electrician for the bathroom, as well. Ours was a complete bathroom remodel & Brian paid attention to all of the details —flooring, shower, soaking tub, vanity, mirror & lighting. If there were unanticipated decisions to be made, he always asked us before moving forward. We encountered several setbacks for materials that were NO fault of Brian’s, which delayed the completion of the bathroom, but he continued to maintain his high standard of skills & workmanship. We appreciated his work ethic, & the beauty of the new bathroom & flooring are worth the wait! Great conversational skills & sense of humor were also true of Brian & his assistant, Jacob, which added to this positive experience. Highly recommend this contractor!"
