"Very professional. Let me know about when the remodel would be done and how long it would take."

"The technician's were on time and did a great job remodeling my bathroom."

"I noticed that a section of my front porch overhang was had some wood rot.
Previous to this, I've contacted other contractors for an estimate.  I've had 2 contractors who wasted my time by breaking appointments and 2 other contractors who took several measurements but was too busy to get back to me (after weeks of me following up) with any estimate.
Bill came out and examined my porch and gave a detailed estimate of what work would be required.  He also informed me that more than likely I had some damage inside the wall of my house.  After some demolition work, he was able to get the whole picture of what needed to be done.
Because of the hidden damage, my project did get a bit larger than I had hoped for, but every step of the way, Bill was able to explain what needed to be done next and kept in constant communication with me. We had to replace some of the wood frame that was rotted.  After Bill and his team were done, they drywalled, textured and painted and you could never tell any work had been done.
Bill designed the front porch himself and it looks amazing (a few of our neighbors have complimented).  Now that our porch is replaced, it really improves the look of our home.  Now,we love spending time in the front yard and sitting on our porch.

"Tiaan Loots Construction was great for my two small slabs. (5x5 & 7x5) Everyone else I contacted wouldn't even consider me because my job didn't meet their minimum $. He was patient when I needed to delay a few days due to other contracted work not getting completed on time, and with my many uneducated questions. He was always prompt, professional, courteous and up front with payment and work schedules. My job was completed quicker than I expected, and looks beautiful. I will definitely use Tiaan again!"

"From the initial consultation with Stewart to the completion of the project it was a top tier professional experience. It is also noteworthy that the installation is performed by employees of the company and not subcontractors. Would highly recommend!"
