Classic provided a very thorough bid proposal and was always willing to follow up with any questions we may have. It was amazing to us how many contractors were unresponsive or slow in providing bids for our project. This was not the case with Classic and responsiveness rates very high in our opinion."

It was so successfully that we hired them later to do a large 1700 sq ft tiling project in our new home. The project included installing heating elements under the tile, laying new tile, installing trim and some wall modifications. We would definitely hire them for a future project."

He set up an appointment and came out and looked at our project and listened to what we were wanting to have done. He was very thoughtful , personable, and knowledgeable about all of the things that we were wanting done and more. One of the very best things about Eric is that he is very honest and upfront, but doesn't slam things in your face when he tells you. Because of the age and condition of our place he suggested we get a few things done before conquering the actual bathroom remodel. We thought about what he suggested and agreed that was the best thing to do. He set us up with a few of his subcontractors to get estimates and timelines on their part of the work to be done. All of them have been very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We did schedule work with one of them so far and he was absolutely fantastic, and very reasonable. We are still working the the others and trying to get one item done at a time. Eric is always checking in to see how things are going and asking if there is anything he can do to help. We will hopefully be done with the "things you don't see" and can have Eric come in and get our actual bathroom remodel done soon! We feel good about the decision to follow his advice and get some underlying issues done first!"

"Excellently, we initially explained to Vic what it was we wanted to do and he was very receptive to what we wanted Without trying to “take over” and do what was easiest for him. Vic was also very reassuring that what we wanted to do was doable. My wife and I were amazed at what Vic was able to do with rerouting some heating vents and plumbing to hook up our new appliances. Vic was also very knowledgeable in dealing with electrical contractors saving us from being overcharged and avoiding unnecessary work and products. We are very very happy that we were able to find Vic to remodel our kitchen and are very glad that he agreed to do it. Professional, fair price (consistent with other bids), and much more flexible on scheduling right away. He's a bit casual in communications and invoicing. I had to ask for the following asbestos lab reports. But I was more than happy that he could take care of all this on short notice."
