The dormer was a complicated project, requiring coordination of framers, roofers, painters, electricians, drywall installers, hardwood installers, and probably others I forgot to mention. He never tried to upsell us, or sell additional work — I had to ask him to look at our deteriorated front steps after work started on the dormer, and was happy that he could fit that project in for us, too. "Service was excellent, detailed, and professional. While we were out of town, they sent us videos of the progress, and the overall communication was great, very responsive. They even watered our plants and moved some furniture back without us asking. They asked for our feedback before making a decision on the trim, and the carpenters were always pleasant, friendly, and honest. The final bill was exactly as quoted plus an approved increase to handle some unexpected rot they showed us. Work included Andersen windows, slider, exterior water proofing, some carpentry, drywall and interior/exterior trim. Highly recommend for any remodeling or other custom work!"

"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. "Dimitri and his crew were very professional. They presented us a contract before starting that outlined everything that they were to do along with the pricing. There were no surprises. They did come across a problem with our plumbing when they tried to disconnect the ice maker to the fridge, and they took care of it quickly and didn't miss a beat. The contract said that the work would be completed within four days, they only needed two and a half days.
We have actually used them before when we needed a back porch and they did beautiful work. Everything that they have done for me has turned out to look much better than I expected. I will be using them in the future for additional projects.
In summary, their prices are reasonable, their work is professional, and they are friendly, trustworthy guys that are pleasant to have around. A++++++

He also made observations of some areas and suggestions of how they could be corrected with little quickly with no additional cost. After the walk through, Alisher constructed the quote their in our home and we discussed it together. The final product was well done and looked amazing.
