"original estimate of sq ft needed was about 60 sqft short added expense $400.00, which Shawn Thompson(owner) said he would eat. I agreed `to split cost which he happily accepted. Ran into one other unforeseen problem when entry tile removal showed uneven concrete base which had to be fixed with self leveling cement which needed to dry over night and added an additional 1/2 day to a one day project. Finished the project by midafternoon the next day and were cleaned up and out by 5pm. Did a great job on floor and baseboards, and even left the unused flooring and baseboard materials with us. Will definitely use them again and plan to have them do the dining room this fall

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
