"Day 1: did not show (forgot to call to say previous job had run over). Day 2: installer leaves after 15 minutes, has cat allergies. Day 3: wonderful installer arrives, finds several additional quirks to the job, fixes them all. Takes 5 days where 3 was initial estimate. Had to rebuild floor joists that had rotted, Top Tier negotiated a slight rate adjustment, far less than if we had been on the clock for time not to mention materials."

"Scott was here the next day, and repaired our window. He was very pleasant and efficient. I would definately use him again."

"The crew did a wonderful job and all of them were really nice and Mike worked with me so I was able to get my beautiful Deck"

"I was very pleased and will hire again for other jobs around our property. Very professional and reasonable. Very happy customers here."

"Totally impressed with this company from beginning to end talking with Andrew, office staff to installers Dave,Jeff and James. Everyone was extremely professional. The 3 installers were just as nice as could be and their work was perfection. So far so good. Thanks so much.. We absolutely love our screen room."

"We initially started out thinking that we just wanted for needed our tub and shower surround replaced. However, after further inspection we found that the floor was rotted as well. Also the exterior wall and rotted from a leak at the window. They were able to remove everything and access the studs and they replaced the rotted floor and the floor joists. I now have an education on what a mud sill, rim joist and floor joists are. Ours had to be completely replaced. We now have a wonderful beautiful functioning bathroom that is not going to collapse in on us."

"We loved working with Project Blueprint on our fence! They made sure to keep us in the loop and responded quickly to all the questions that we had! We have even decided to hire them for another project! We highly recommend using them!!"
