"We had interviewed a handful of contractors (the ones who actually showed up to the appointments we made). Some showed up and didn't send estimates or wanted to start without providing one. Or provided overpriced estimates. We were starting to worry...and then we found Arta Construction. We knew instantly we found an honorable, experienced and professional company. Andy is someone who you can shake hands with and know he is going to get the job done. The fit, finish, quality and attention to details were amazing. The heavy doors and special additions to our pre war apartment had a lot of tricky challenges to overcome - uneven floors, leaky windows and radiators - Andy and Arta had a smart solution to any problem and the end result was beautiful. We have a brand new and updated "old detailed" apartment. It is a dream come true. All this was accomplished during the challenging time of the pandemic with many additional restrictions put on us in a building with many, many rules. Arta always had permits in good order, followed all building rules and there was never a single complaint from neighbors. It is so important to have building management not take issue with your contractor. We had no problems at all during a major project. Communication was excellent throughout our relationship. The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. We are very happy to have Arta Construction as our contractor. They earned our business and will continue to be our construction specialists."

"Done-Rite finished rebuilding a small half-bath for us yesterday, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Dan gave us sensible recommendations and ideas even before I engaged him. He gave clear and specific descriptions of the work he would do in demolishing and rebuilding the bathroom, and when an unanticipated mold problem was discovered and increased the scope of the job, he addressed it quickly and adjusted the price in a very reasonable manner. He was accessible at all times. Additionally, they replaced drywall in sections of our living room ceiling and repainted the entire ceiling. Dan and his assistant, and the gentleman he engaged to install tiles on the walls and floor, were dependable, appeared when they said they would, did excellent work and cleaned up at the end of each day. "I hired Johnny after discovering 2 rusted out leaking pipes in the kitchen drain line of a two story private dwelling, one pipe on each floor. I decided to replace the entire kitchen drain line. This involved three kitchens and Johnny was the confident and experienced contractor I was looking for to accomplish the job. This was a big job involving 2 remodeled kitchens and one kitchen opened (sheetrock, countertop & cabinets) for pipe replacement then reinstall sheetrock, cabinets & countertop. Johnny handled the remodeling of 2 kitchens and replacement of the kitchen drain in a timely professional manner. I was confident in the work done and hired Johnny to remodel two and a half bathrooms. I requested a bathroom floor be broken open to expose pipes that might need to be replaced at this optimal time of construction and Johnny proceeded to expose the pipes and replace all the plumbing. This was the opportunity to do the work and Johnny and his workers did a good job. Every project has its challenges and adjustments and these projects had their challenges and adjustments but I am pleased with the work and the finished projects. I would highly recommend Johnny."

"David and his team are exceptional. I hired them to demo my kitchen, install new cabinets, install appliances and rework some plumbing and electric and they delivered on all. David has a great team of plumbers, electricians and workers who get the job done. Communication was great, the team was on time and thorough in explaining next steps in the process. There were some hiccups on my end with ordering wrong sizes/wrong colors etc and everyone was really helpful in getting the right pieces and information for the reno to continue running smoothy and stress free. I felt taken care of from initial quote to completion and highly recommend his team. I have worked with other contractors in the past that did not deliver results and I'm glad to have found this team. I will be using David and his team for future projects and highly recommend them to others."

"TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"
