"We are thrilled with the quality of the work completed and would hire this team again!! The personnel were professional, knowledgeable, detailed, skilled, and timely. We appreciated their clear communications, their creative problem-solving, and their daily cleanup. Based on relocating the walkway for grading/leveling purposes, there was a need for topsoil, grass seed, straw, and mulch -- they provided all of these materials and completed the additional work in a timely manner. The redesigned and rebuilt walkway has received several compliments from neighbors. We couldn't be more pleased!"

"Double N Construction, is a very professional team. Aaron came to our home spoke with us about what our needs were for an addition to our house. "Sandor and his brother power washed and re-grouted our patio brick, then applied a sealer. Sandor also installed new right-sized drain openings to correct a water issue during heavy rains. His workmanship is top quality and he treated our projects like it was his own home. Our patio hasn't looked this good since it was installed. You might find cheaper but you won't find better workmanship."

"The consultant was informed and passionate regarding the remodeling project."

"We hired Diamond in the Rough Construction for a home addition, and while the finished result looks good at first glance, the process was full of issues and cost us much more than expected. We chose Diamond because of Abby, the salesperson, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. However, she left midway through the project, and we missed her support. Addison, the project manager, did his best but was left to handle more than he should have. The owners, Joe and Mike, were completely absent ? no check-ins or follow-ups, even when major issues arose. There were significant mistakes, like framing the windows to the wrong size, and we were blamed for "approving the wrong windows." HVAC was also forgotten until after construction started, forcing us to pay thousands more. The trim was poorly finished with putty that didn?t match the color of the pre-painted trim, and the solution was simply to cover the nail holes with a paint pen. In the end, we can?t recommend Diamond in the Rough"

"I used the company Champion Window Company of Wichita, LLC to replaced three windows for my home. I would have given them a five for quality but there was a small leak that ended up needing caulking. Overall I had a good experience with the company."
