"I hired Seth to gut and remodel the kitchen and bathroom in my 1907 bungalow. It was my first time remodeling and Seth was great. He walked me through the process, gave great advice for deciding on cabinet layout and materials. His subcontractors were all respectful of my house and very knowledgeable. Of course the minute you rip apart an old house you find other issues, but Seth let me know upfront what we might find and how that would affect the cost. He was very transparent and responsive to my questions and concerns and the project was completed in the estimated timeframe. The finished result was beautiful, I had a couple minor issues with some tile after the project was complete and he had his subcontractor right back over to fix the issues. I remodeled in order to sell the house, I ended up getting multiple offers the weekend it went on the market for over asking price, in no small part due to the beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. I would recommend Seth to anyone and would use his services again for any other projects."

"Cedric and his crew from Design Exteriors returned to our home this summer to install plants and stones in the new planter bed he designed for us late last summer / early Fall. His crew also installed some additional irrigation in both the front and back yards. Finally, they put in additional plants in another part of our front yard and backyard so that the beds would look fuller. We love the results. Cedric always has several ideas of different plants to pick from and likes to coordinate colors and blooming times so everything is aesthetically pleasing. He even goes so far as ensuring there is some color in Fall / Winter. Cedric has a wonderful crew of men working for him. They are kind, professional, hard-working and detail oriented. I felt totally comfortable having them around. If you are interested in personalized service, well thought out and unique designs, then Cedric (Design Exteriors) is the person you want to work with. "I was very happy with the quality of James's work and the cost to do all of my projects. James is a meticulous tile setter, and he's very capable of doing a wide range of related projects. My range hood was about 1/4 inch off from the top of the back splash, so James moved the hood down rather than have an awkward narrow row of tile or a gap. James also replaced all my bathroom shut-off valves when he installed the new sink and toilet. It's really nice hiring a highly capable contractor that can do it all and not having to call 3 different people to get a small bathroom remodel done. James is a really nice person, and I enjoyed talking to him and getting to know him."
