"It was a wonderful experience. Matt knew what he was doing. He listened to what we wanted and made sure we got what we wanted. He had suggested we visit a Cabinet maker store in Lancaster and after doing that we found the perfect cabinets for us. His work is excellent. He is very efficient and neat. Even with our changes he was able to maintain and keep the project on schedule. On a personal level he and his helper were very nice. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone and we are having him come back to do other projects."

They explained everything they were expecting to accomplish, from demolition to the finishing touches on the job. Pierce and Valero did a great job with the cleanup, too. They left nothing behind. "This was by far my best experience with contractors. I was looking for past 7 years to remodel my bathrooms and never liked or trusted any of the contractors I interviewed.Many would mislead you that they do tile work and then they try to sell you acrylic wall’s for shower and scare you not to do tiles because you will have mold or leaks. I also wanted to install rain shower faucet system and non of the contractors would do it. They force you to buy particular brand of faucets and you have no choice to design your bathroom the way you want. Very annoying..My first interview with Santos was a surprise! He didn’t have a problem with any of my requests and he showed me a lot of of his work. I hired him right away. His crew worked every day from 8-5or 6pm snd finished 1 bathrom and one powder room within 12 days. Every day they would cover all floors clean up after the end of day. They don’t cut corners, they pay attention to detail s and take pride in the work they do. Very rare to see nowadays. The work they did is outstanding! My bathrooms are gorgeous and I can’t wait to do my master bath next year. I won’t recommend Santos and his crew for any remodeling because they are really skilled."

"It was done in the promised amount of time of 4 weeks. There was a bit of a delay with the township. The workers did outstanding work, the decks they have done in my neighborhood are by far the most beautiful. Everything I requested at the beginning was honored and they came up with a few additional great ideas. I requested that the price not change and it did not. My son was having a deck done at the same time and took pictures so his contractor would model his after my deck. I am very pleased with the outcome and would use them again."
