"Dave Richards Home Improvement did an AMAZING job from start to finish on our basement. Bruce reached out to us same day as our inquiry and scheduled a in-home consultation within 1-2 days. When he came out...he was very friendly, personable and professional. He worked up and reviewed the quote with us that evening which was a very fair price. Other contractors took 10-14 days to provide quotes and were well outside our budget. Another separating characteristic of Dave Richards Home Improvement is that they have different crews for the different phases. Week 1...Flavio came out an did all the framing. Week 2...Mikey, Ashley and Brian came out to do plumbing/electrical/insulation. Week 3...Drywall crew came out to hang/patch/sand. Week 4 & 5...Flooring crew lays LVP/molding and Mikey's crew paints/finishing fixtures. Needless to say they are super efficient and flexible with our needs. The project was completed and exceeded our expectations...with the bonus being that our space was useable prior family guests coming for Christmas. "Greg recently completed a major remodeling project of our second floor, which included the complete renovation of our two second floor full bathrooms, replacement of existing doors, and replacement of all of our trim in all bathrooms, bedrooms, and hallway. Greg also constructed framing and drywall, and a new powder room in our basement which connects our finished half of our basement to an unfinished half of the basement. The bathroom work involved moving walls and significant plumbing modifications due to the total reconfiguration of both bathrooms. We could not be more thrilled with our experience with Greg. His attention to detail and communication with us was second to none. We hired a separate design firm to prepare drawings and specifications for the project. There were a handful of issues that were design related that Greg would quickly coordinate with both the designer and ourselves to resolve the issues. Greg also replaced framing and drywall in our finished basement in 2016 which went as smoothly as this project. I will definitely be recommending Greg to others we know planning a future remodeling project!"

"Dave and his crew (Eric and Justin) have been fantastic throughout our massive remodeling project.   We started by removing a load bearing wall and installing laminated beam to support a 16' span.  This was followed by installation of new solid core doors (which we provided) throughout the house.  The other major scope of work was the framing of new rooms in a walk out level (that had formerly been a garage) - new bedroom, bathroom, office, mudroom, laundry.   We would be happy to have Dave, Eric, and Justin work in our house again anytime.

"Fantastic job We had 2 bathrooms remodeled replacing a bathtub in one bathroom remodel replacing it with a new shower and plumbing fixtures and a 2nd bathroom shower door replaced along with new flooring installed Customer service was great from beginning to end along with friendly and excellent installers. Mike Grafton and his son were very personable as well as their installation crew. If you need your bathroom upgraded ( either partial remodel or a full replacement / upgrade) I highly recommend this company who also had a reasonable price, one more thing in this new pandemic world many companies canâ t deliver until > 6-8 months or more , easy bath delivered in a little over one month from original service quote to final installation. Also no payment was required until after job completion. You canâ t beat that."
