"The Acosta team was fantastic. We asked for a quote on a renovation, and they were out the same day to review the work and gave me a fantastic option. They started 2 weeks later and were prop, efficient, and the work was done flawlessly. I would highly recommend them for any construction projects you have."

"I hired Phil of 3D Building & Remodeling LLC to remodel my kitchen in November 2020. After meeting him a few times, I knew he was a kind and honest man. He rushed to get me a 3D design so that I could visualize the layout of my new kitchen. After a few tweaks, he immediately ordered the cabinets. When he knew the cabinets were shipping, he did the demo work with another guy so that I could have a kitchen as along as possible without too much down time. His main goal was for me to have a "functioning kitchen" for Christmas Eve's big Italian celebration and I did! Phil handled everything and coordinated the plumber, electrician, tiler and carpenter. I enjoyed going with his wife Stacy to pick out stone and back splash. All the contractors had good work ethnics and that was important to me. Everyone was professional and Phil worked endlessly to meet my needs and to make sure everything was perfect! I absolutely love my new kitchen and lighting, and I would definitely hire Philip De Terlizzi of 3D Building & Remodeling, LLC for future renovations."

"We used a coupon for 2 painters for 14 hrs. at $447.00. We needed an additional day with 1 painter for 7 hrs. at $280.00 (regular rate) to complete the painting needed. All the walls that had 1 coat already and needed a 2nd coat done by the painters were well done. One bath needed all new painting and was well done. The garage needed 95% painting by the painters and was well done.
Baseboards and trim was well done. All of it was interior work.
The problem area: All indoor doors needed painting from brown wood look to a white color. We removed the doors, prepped them for painting and had them set up on sawhorses or similar outside. The company contact person said they had to be spray painted. We did prep work covering glass doors where overspray could reach them. The painters covered a very large area of newly rescreened porch area. Somehow their coverings of the new screening failed and the white paint was all over the screening. We tried 2 methods of clean-up suggested by the Co. but no luck. This was additional paid labor to a family member who took time off from work to fix their error! The screening was ruined.
Next problem: the youngest painter of the 2 painters spray painted the primer too heavily, didn't allow the extra drying time required, then sprayed the top coat all within 8hrs. The door paint ran and looked very bad. The older painter hand rolled some doors and they came out just fine. All the spray painted doors had to be re-done and the screening on the porch replaced.
The Co. didn't charge us for the screening itself, which is great and appropriate. Then we were charged $20.00/hr. (half price) for all the bad doors to be repainted. They came out fairly good looking. But we paid $160.00 for them to fix their mistakes...actually the mistakes of 1 painter. Plus the paid labor to try to remove paint from screening. We hired professionals to paint and expected a professional job. Instead, we paid $160.00 for their mistakes and that price was higher until we negotiated to bring it down. The positive is that the Co. did repair their errors vs. abandoning us, didn't charge for the replaced screening, and brought down the price we paid to correct their errors.
I suggest anyone think twice about using this Co. because you will pay for their mistakes.

"We had Mr. Ruiz from Blue Bay Construction Group stop by for an Estimate and after the Estimate install an Under Cabinet Range Hood and a LED Light Fixture above the Kitchen Sink. He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. We will use them again for other projects we will be doing."

The proper sequence of a kitchen installation starts with laying the foundation and structural framework. From there, you need to establish utilities like plumbing, wiring, and gas lines, then install cabinetry and countertops, and finally finish with flooring, painting, tile backsplashes, and lighting. A professional kitchen installation contractor can coordinate each component of your project to minimize the timeline and maximize resources.
