"My Construction Group renovated our bathroom and kitchen. They gutted both rooms to the stud, flooring and ceiling included, helped with the new design and completed the full remodel. Abraham was very helpful with ideas and even sketching out certain features to demonstrate them. The projects were completed within the agreed upon timeline and budget and anything outside the budget was due to additional asks on our end. Abraham was very accommodating with the additional request. He coordinated the procurement of all materials outside the scope of the budget (cabinets, tiles, doors, etc) and pretty much took care of everything. He communicated often and clearly throughout both projects. Abraham and all workers were very professional and cleaned the project sites as well as other areas affected. They did an amazing job in both cases, our new bathroom and kitchen are beautiful, modern and stylish. "I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. At America's Dream HomeWorks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything! You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well. My contract from the pre-pandemic months was honored, there were no hidden fees or late penalties, and everything was in-stock and ready to go when the country opened back up again. Phone calls with Julie over the past months, talking with Alex and Vlad at the house every day, it made it seem like ADH was part of the family. This was not the "typical contractor" experience I was expecting. Everyone gave a little extra oomph to make sure I was in love with my bathroom. Thank you!"

"We hired Cerletti & Kennedy this past summer (2023) to do a total remodeling of our outdated kitchen. We didn't have much space to work with but what they came up with was amazing. We enclosed the new refrigerator and built out the cabinet above which gave us more storage. We took out the old vent system which went all the way up to the ceiling and put in an over the stove microwave and cabinets which gave us a little more storage. We put in a pull out spice rack next to the stove and a lazy susanne next to that. We angled the corner cabinets which gave us yet more storage. We took out the dishwasher which we never used and put in a pull-out trash and recycling cabinet and extended to baking sheet cabinet. We had a Quartz countertop put in and installed a tile backsplash from the refrigerator all the way around the kitchen. Of course a new sink, garbage disposal and faucet. Our contractor, Ruben showed up on time and always cleaned up when he was done for the day. He always got right to work and set up his equipment. One thing I really appreciated was when Dante showed us that the open space on each side of the kitchen window was uneven (Feng Shuai) and recommended installing a curved 4 shelve piece so it would be more even. Ruben was also very helpful when ever an issue came up and would explain the issue and help come up with suggestions each time. Would I recommend Cerletti & Kennedy to my family and friends, MOST DEFINATELY! I only wish I could have attached some photos I took of the completed project but I don't see a tab to do so. If we decide to do a remodeling of our front bathroom, I will be calling them back. 100%."
