"I was lucky to have my job scheduled in between rainy and dry periods and got the job scheduled before the summer season got going. Steven, the estimator & project manager, communicated extremely well and was very reliable. The woodwork was done quickly by highly skilled carpenters. There were several days of waiting the rain out, but that was unavoidable. Painting prep took several days because of the poor condition of the weathered surfaces. There were a lot of stucco cracks that had to be sanded down that I had put caulk over originally. There was additional work done after more dry rot was discovered on my garage roof. The price and little extras of the job was extremely fair."

"We hired Future Generation Construction for remodeling our kitchen, installing new flooring on the first floor of our house, painting of all rooms in the house and new recess lighting in about 7 rooms. They did an excellent job in executing all these activities. Our remodel of the kitchen required an expansion of the kitchen footprint, and we ended up using Future Generation Construction custom cabinets. These cabinets were designed and built, in my opinion, to be of better quality than by a commercial supplier. Future Generation Construction was on time and budget, excellent to work with and great communicators through the whole process. We highly recommend them for your remodeling and interior construction needs."

"Rick, Luis and the whole team are amazing! My husband and I refinanced our house so we could remodel our *very* outdated bathroom (original from when it was built in the 1980s). They came out and gave a quick appraisal/quote, which we were happy with, and were ready to work right away! One bit of advice, be ready to get the work started! My husband and I were a mix of being slow in picking our new fixtures and stores not having what we wanted in stock. We definitely had to get our butts in gear! We were still picking stuff out while they were working! We are beyond happy with the finished product/bathroom.
