He worked tirelessly to get the job done in time, often going out of his way to pick up and return merchandise for me from Home Depot or Lowes. Although I was not onsite, he sent me updates with pictures on a regular basis, so I was able to rest easy with peace of mind, never once having to chase him down. He gave several suggestions to improve the property and advised some ways to be cost-effective. In the end, everything turned out great and looked fantastic. With his help, I was able to secure a new tenant right away at a much higher rental price than I was getting before the remodel. Nick is very personable, timely, and accessible, and made this project a breeze for me - truly and pleasure to work with!"

"Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail. He worked clean and took care with my home throughout the process."

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. "Sina and his team at BAS construction are top notch. From the initial meeting Sina had a ton of creative ideas that helped us build the vision we wanted for our house. We used them for our master bathroom, laundry room relocation and mudroom remodel. They handled everything to do with the permits which was extremely convenient for us but also if we ran into any issues they always were right there with solutions and suggestions. Remodeling is expensive, there really is no two ways about that, but we had limited surprises that came up and Sina was always very transparent about everything with us. "We partnered with Wilber’s for external painting and repair. This included replacing wood with composite where necessary and removal of wood shutters and replacement with polypropylene ones. What distinguished this company from others was the following: Danny S. was the estimator and initially met with my husband. Just prior to the start of the project, Danny returned with the foreman Olger A. He went through the project again with us and talked to Olger about job specifics. Olger is an amazing foreman, on time, efficient, skilled, detailed and an excellent project manager. Danny returned mid project to discuss the work with us and review a repair with Olger. They also did extra work for us not covered with the additional estimate which was handled very efficiently. Additionally, they did some picky repairs, such as reattaching a leader to the house, which was appreciated. The result was a beautiful house with great curb appeal – the result of good teamwork. We highly recommend them."
