"Higgins Construction removed a wall from my kitchen and added a peninsula. When I was getting quotes from companies, Mike went into the most detail and made it clear that he would consider all aspects of the project. He priced out a few options so I could see what each addition would cost in making my decision. Once the project started, the employees I encountered were professional and clearly took pride in doing their work well. Mike communicated frequently to update me on the next steps. The end result surpassed my expectations!"

"I've used Mike and Cameron on a few of my remodel projects. Mike pays great attention to craftsmanship. When we ran into some technical complications with the remodel, he was able to solve the problem and keep the project moving. Very pleasant to work with. I will be using Techniques again in the future. Thanks again."

"This is the second time we have used Dan. He built us a gym, with a sauna install. We hired him back. He is without a doubt the most reasonable and quality I have ever worked with. He does not try to talk you into things, he actually talks you out to make sure he keeps you on budget. We got everything we wanted, and he built us a bar as well. He allowed us to do a few things to save on cost. He is kind, funny, direct, but open to what you want to do. He wants you to be happy with the end product. His subs are all vetted by him and they were all top notch. My only issue, was the delays with subs, but it is 2022 and we all need patience."

"Jim (owner of Emerald Remodeling) came up with a great visual of what our garage add-on addition project would look like that none of the other contractors we solicited provided. As the project progressed, Jim kept us appraised as to what would happen and when to expect start and finish of each phase (cement work, framing, roofing & siding). No issues with the subcontractors for each phase. Jim returned our calls or text messages in a timely manner and paid us a follow-up visit a week after project was completed."

"We had an outstanding experience working with Lance and his team at SCS Builders & Remodelers. From start to finish, Lance was incredibly involved, responsive, and easy to work with. He communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. What really set him apart was his honesty and guidance. He helped us understand where it made sense to invest a little more for long-term quality, and where we could save without sacrificing the overall look or durability. That kind of transparency is hard to find and made a big difference for us. The craftsmanship from his team was excellent—everything was done with care and attention to detail, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality and service we received. We would absolutely recommend Lance and SCS Builders & Remodelers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled contractor. We couldn’t be happier with h"

"The remodeling went very well. It was completed on the day it was promised. The quality of work is very good. Now I don't have to worry that there maybe water leak on the wall. Ariel was here everyday to oversee the work; his crews are very professional."

"Jay worked with me with the overall design and look of the bathroom. They completely gutted my 50-year-old yellow tile and tub surround, installed new insulation, backer board, drywall, plumbing as needed and white subway tile with grey grout in the tub/shower, vanity and corner niche areas. Included pencil tile trim and other clever solutions for a high-class finished look. Installed new toilet, tub/shower fixtures, grab bar, ceramic shower shelves, vanity faucets, three light fixtures, and toilet paper holder and towel rings. Added baseboards and quarter round moulding throughout. They worked quickly and carefully. Extremely neat, using dropcloths along all access areas. Showed up on time every morning and kept me informed throughout the process and brought me in whenever design and material decisions needed to be made. It is such a joy to use my new bath! I would hire Phoenix Remodel again in a heartbeat."

"Project was done in a timely fashion. The team was very skilled and attentive to detail, as well as being efficient and personable."

"We had our basement bathroom remodeled. Proffi Construction did a fabulous job. Not only was the end product beautiful they were exceptional communicators at every step and had the highest bar of quality. We have already booked them for our next project!"

"Extremely pleased with our new walk-in shower installed by Re-Bath Minneapolis! Our installers, Jalston and Jocelyn, were terrific: prompt, polite, professional, and personable! Great workmanship. We could not have a better team! (And I am a very picky customer!) They were patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable. The results are beautiful. Thanks so much. The process went according to plan and done in 2 days. Excellent clean-up and good customer service. I requested a slight adjustment to shower doors and that was accomplished in a friendly, prompt manner. Thomas, our salesperson/designer, went above the call of duty in answering my endless questions and tweaking our order. Heather, in customer service was friendly, helpful and responsive. The project manager, scheduler, and folks in the showroom were all top-notch. Thanks to all for a job well done! I highly recommend this company!!"
