"We are thrilled with a Multi faceted project that AES Completed for us,including a kitchen remodel and update, an addition housing a study and a master bathroom with a glass block curb-less and curtainless shower, a reconfigured deck that preserved our columns, a powder room renovation to allow wheelchair access and the construction of shallow steps with railings to ease entry to the kitchen from the garage - all designed to allow us to age in place in comfort and beauty! "Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."

"S&J was hired to remodel, adding two closets and paint main level after removing plantation blinds. They were on time every time, the jobs were completed in the timeframe they gave me, and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them."

"Fuqua's Remodel Authority was contracted to update a bathroom and kitchen for my mother-in-law. Ryan Fuqua listened intently to my wife's concerns, foremost that the bathroom would be safe for an elderly person, and to my mother-in-law's wants and desires for her new bathroom and kitchen. The transformation was absolutely breathtaking. The bathroom, and in particular, the shower, is simply gorgeous, and the kitchen is so bright and welcoming. While the work was superb, it was exceeded by our dealings with Ryan. Ryan is so kind. One day, after confirming some choices with my mother-in-law at her house, Ryan stayed during his busy schedule to enjoy coffee and conversation with a lonely woman who recently lost her husband. That right there told us a lot about the kind of man Ryan Fuqua is. During the time the project ran, we got to know Ryan pretty well. In addition to his kindness, we found an honest man, a man with integrity and ethics, that does a job the right way, doesn't cut corners, and goes above and beyond what is expected. We also made a new friend. Going with Faqua's Remodeling Authority will be among the best decisions you've ever made!"
