"From start to finish they were extremely professional, and well mannered. I messaged them on Angie's list (along with a few other companies) and they were quickly responsive and called me the following day to set up getting a quote unlike the others. He came out and quoted me and was ready to start the following day. The day of they showed up at my house slightly before the time we discussed (which I thought was a good thing) the crew was polite, kept me well informed and was in and out in about a hour. My only "concern" the ground still feels really hard where the bushes were removed, so I'm hoping they got enough of the roots out in order to plant there with out much grunt work. Overall all great experience with them, and I will be using them in the future."

"We had a bath/shower remodeled into a shower only. The consultation, design and scheduling went as expected. On the final day of installation it was found that a required diverter valve was not among the supplied materials. I went to the local hardware store and bought one so that the subcontractor did not have go back to Florida (we are in Alabama) and return the next day with the required item. I have contacted the company at least twice and they have not reimbursed me for the ~$17 I spent on the valve. I sent them a copy of my receipt."
