"Conrad Homes provided a stress free home remodeling experience. the staff was polite, communication was very good. The work product very good, That kind of experience is very hard to find. "We highly recommend Vernon â Shank Buildersâ and his crew. They are friendly, family-oriented, professionals. From the moment we talked with him we knew he was the one for our job. Vernon listened to our ideas for our addition of a wraparound porch and laundry room bathroom. He then made some great design suggestions that improved the overall flow of the project. Vernon provided a picture and a floor plan of the design concept that allowed us to see what our house would look like when the addition was complete. Vernonâ s design suggestions were responsible for enhancing the interior and exterior of our home addition making it look and feel like it was part of our original house. The custom made shutters, cabinets, and wood counter top made by Myron turned out great. Vernon, his crew and all of the sub contractors that worked for Vernon were always aware of the need to protect and to keep our house as neat and clean as possible inside and outside throughout the duration of the project. Shank Builders completed our project sooner than projected in the contract. When we received the final invoice there were no surprises in fact the bottom line was a little less than we expected. If we decide to higher contractor in the future we will call on Vernon â Shank Buildersâ . We are very happy with their work."

"Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. We are giving Renken Remodeling a well deserved 5 star rating."

"Mr. Merlino and his team's quality of work and professionalism were beyond expectations! They provided a through review of the work to be performed and a schedule that was followed to the letter. They completed the job on time and within our budget. My wife and I are very happy with the end result of the project and have retained their services for two additional projects as a result of our initial experience. If you need a real, experienced professional who cares that your project meets your expectations, I would highly recommend Bruce and his team!"

"Customer service was awesome. Brad, Bradley and their team delivered more than I expected. Their work with replacing my sidewalks and concrete stairs and placing pavers was great. I will call on them again for future projects."

"No hassle, little mess, huge quality! I love my new cabinets. The refacing took about two and a half days. Dave was always on time, respectful, patient with my questions and quiet. This is a really great company from the sale to the completion. The installer cleaned up so well that I didn't even know he was ever in the house and the look of the refacing is like I have completely new everything."
