"Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with several contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. Johnny Flores has a great company and a solid team working for him. New Image Remodeling came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They arrived early every day and were finished by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. They re-tiled the bathroom shower, repainted the bathroom, and replaced the baseboard. They also replaced the bathroom fan. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to fall, but it never did. Day in and day out, they exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!"

They came back with a impressive drawing threat was exactly as we had asked with some great additions and with in budget. Customer Service was top notch! The final product came on time and within budget. The quality is beyond our expectations for an outside kitchen. It survived Hurricane Harvey and all the wind and rain! They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. Fantastic experience, from the very beginning when Ron came to the house to discuss the project. Budget was very reasonable and he kept us abreast of the project’s progress, including unanticipated issues with our old plumbing and electrical connections, which were promptly and efficiently addressed. Ron is affable, very professional and responds immediately to any request. Likewise, his crew were pleasant, professional and left the place very tidy when all was finished. After the project ended, we found a few minor issues (as in any project) that were fixed the very same say or no later than the next morning. Am delighted to highly recommend Ron Kruger.
