"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

Unfortunately, the floor in the upstairs bath had been repaired by the previous owner due to an on going (unknown to us) leak. So in addition to the planned remodel, we had to have the sub-floor removed & replaced. Kyle gave us the best bid and was able to easily work around our ever changing schedule. Kyle provided recommendations & measurements for the supplies and we were able to choose and purchase what we preferred. Kyle's crew was professional & polite. Everyday, they worked long hours, cleaned up and would let us know when they would be returning. In addition to that, the work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! Oren came to give me estimate which wasn't the cheapest I got but still reasonable for the kind of quality work I was looking for.
