He would do a good job of communicating his plan and following through on when he was going to accomplish the work as well as status updates. Since we picked out all the materials, there was a couple things we didn't communicate well on how it should be installed. If something needed to be changed, Jim was very open to making several of the changes that we requested through the project. He also did a good job of cleaning up after himself. Jim provided a good value for his work. He was very good at communicating with us. He also was very good with dry wall. I would recommend Jim to anyone for a kitchen or bathroom remodel."

"We hired Gerrard for a major renovation to our 1962 ranch home in Loveland. Project involved some demolition, building a raised addition per architectural drawings, new roof, support beams, siding and trusses, resoffet and refacia, flashing. The team of two were very professional, courteous and worked well together. The project took place over the winter, and they came on site everyday they could. Any issues with drawings were resolved. Cost was reasonable and Greg provided detailed invoices. Any work not performed was not charged - as we did some work ourselves. The project took time, but in winter youâ ll have that. Subs for gutter and roof were ok. Shingles installation cost was more than expected. We would recommend Gerrard for any remodel job."
