"Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. We are giving Renken Remodeling a well deserved 5 star rating."

"Conrad Homes provided a stress free home remodeling experience. the staff was polite, communication was very good. The work product very good, That kind of experience is very hard to find. I recommend them for any construction project, you will pay a little more than others but the peace of mind is worth it."

"The remodel project exceeded our expectations. It is a small bathroom and we took out the tub and installed a walk in shower with Corian walls, floor and custom Corian sink and tiled the floor, installed a wall with glass panel instead of glass doors, with a rain shower fixture. It is beautiful and were extremely pleased with the workmanship from Keedysville Construction. We would hire them again. Robbie is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Also Kevin was great."

"We recently had our kitchen remodeled by PI Kitchen and Bath in Frederick and had a really positive experience. Our old kitchen felt dated and we wanted something brighter, more functional, and with better storage. The team helped us rethink the layout, choose cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures without making the whole process feel overwhelming. Communication throughout the project was very good. There were a lot of decisions to make, but we always knew what was happening and what the next step would be. The workmanship and attention to detail really showed in the finished kitchen. It feels like a completely different space now, and we?re very happy with how everything came together."

"We had VKB Kitchen and Bath in Frederick remodel our kitchen and could not be happier with how it turned out. Our kitchen was very dated and we wanted to open up the space, improve the storage, and give it a more modern look without making it feel too trendy. The design process was probably the easiest part for us. They helped us work through the cabinet layout, countertops, backsplash, flooring and all the little details we had not even thought about before starting. Once construction began, the team kept us informed and the crew was respectful of our home. The finished kitchen is beautiful and so much more functional than what we had before. We have been using it for a while now and still find ourselves stopping to admire it. Great experience with the Frederick team from beginning to end."

"Alvaro is by far the best contractor I’ve worked with for any remodeling and construction project. He is smart, thoughtful, hardworking, and reliable. He will listen to your perspective and offer his own — which is usually better. It can be difficult to find someone who will do the job you pay them for, on-time, in-scope, and within budget, and that makes this experience really stand out. I strongly recommend working with this company."
