"We just recently completed a remodeling project, for a few years we are thinking about it and we added a room to our house. we started the addition process with architectural and engineering plan, it went smooth and easy, we sent back any changes that we had in mind. Few weeks upon the permit approval, construction started. Ilai the project manager was super knowledgeable and updated us almost daily, their designer assisted with the final materials inputs and recommendations, all of the crewmember was respectful and clean. We are very happy with the end result!! And Iâ m happy to recommend to any one I know."

"Excellent! Appointment was on time, and friendly and professional service. I had a jammed garbage disposal that was quickly determined to be from a soda can tab. Additionally, I had two wall sconces hung. I am very pleased with the work that was done."

"My project wasn’t the typical big remodel Apex usually takes on. It was a small kitchen remodel in a mobile home in Oceanside that needed a fast, smart update before selling the property. We had to choose upgrades that would add real value without overspending, and most contractors I spoke with kept trying to push unnecessary work. Igor was the only one who actually listened. He understood the situation, respected the budget, and focused on what would make the biggest impact. In less than a week, the kitchen looked completely different. His team handled the renovation efficiently, gave solid advice, and the results were exactly what we needed. I’m very happy with the work and the overall experience. I highly recommend Apex American Homes."

"We are very happy with the final outcome. We also had a few glitches that were resolved very well. Every remodel we have done involves a few surprises but we dealt with them together and Charles does a great job with communication."
