I especially appreciated how they communicated and was not thrown off by the ongoing questions and changes that was thrown at them. "Moran Vered and his team worked quickly, and were flexible with their work schedule. We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving, and asked that the inside portion of our project not begin until after they left. Moran was happy to work around this. Along the way, they would ask us if we'd like to include certain options, and informed us of the price difference. They also pointed out where our old double door had been leaking, causing damage. They were able to diagnose the extent of the damage, and then make the necessary repairs within a matter of hours. This was an additional $3k unexpected cost, but fortunately we had planned a little room in our budget for this type of thing. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Vered Renovations. We will gladly hire them again for future renovation projects."

Though when I meet with Jason Richards, he asked what I and my wife both wanted. Jason listens and within a week he provided me with the estimate. The estimate was fair, and I felt that he would deliver he was honest and truthful that's something that you don't always get. There are contractors that will tell you anything to get the job and then can't deliver. Jason provided me with a time along with time and week each portion would be completed with the total dollar amount due.
