We were concerned that sanding the textured paint off the walls would create a huge dust mess to clean up however the sander was attached to a large vacuum and the dust issue was 95% mitigated and easily wiped away. Physical install of the pocket door, framing went well and door looks and works perfectly giving privacy to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and 2nd bath without the original swing door intrusion.
