"This contractor not only did the work he bid on, but added to that work other problems they found at no additional cost."

"Great work. Very professional. My yard look’s unbelievable !!! Happy as can be."

"I highly recommend Martinez Wood Floors. It is a family owned business. Miguel and his brother, the sons of the founder, resealed my hard wood floors for me. Miguel answered all my questions (of which I always have many) and gave me all the information I needed to research the various options available and the pros and cons of each. Ultimately I decided to go with the combination of water based sealers that Miguel suggested. Miguel has great attention to detail. He went above and beyond the original scope of work, at no additional cost to me, to make sure that my floors looked perfect. My floors look excellent now and my family and I will enjoy them for many years."

"Joey has painted a complete interior and 2 complete exteriors for me. All excellent jobs. Great attention to detail, wonderful communication and very clean worksites. Highly recommend his service"

"Luis and his crew were excellent to work with for our remodel! They were able to do everything we needed and we were extremely happy with everything they did. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them complete work for us again! Additionally, Hannah is amazing as well! They make a great team and are so easy to work with!"

"Three years ago we bought our home and it has been a constant remodel job. For about a year and a half we looked for a company that could build a covered porch on our patio in the back yard. After talking with numerous contractors, we can across E& E Sunrooms. We were very impressed with Eric and his knowledge. He gave us some very good ideas that we had not thought about. When his crew came to do the work, they were all very professional and always willing to answer any questions we may have. We are more than pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them for future jobs. Thank you Eric and all your guys for a beautiful sunroom and a pleasant experience."

"Very pleased with the quality and look of the door. The cost of the door was easily amortized by the reduction in our insurance bill.
