"Working with Maison was better than we could have imagined. My husband and I usually do most home projects on our own since we have heard horror stories about working with contractors. But our project involved creating an opening and stairs into the garage from the main house to the unfinished space above our garage. This was not something we could do ourselves not with juggling work and kids. Originally, the space above the garage could only be accessed by deck stairs outside. This was not ideal for us. We have three boys and did not want them to have to go outside to get to this room. We wanted to create a recreation room for this space, a place for our family to hang out. We had multiple area contractors come to give us a quote. Most of them did not want to tackle doing the stairs. They offered to finish the room but not do the stairs. Either we would not hear back from them, or they gave us quotes that were enough to build a brand-new house. We had given up hope on finding a contractor, so we decided just to contract somebody to do the stairs, and we would do the rest ourselves. Initially, we were asking Ken for a quote just for the stairs. But he wanted to do the whole job. Our first impression of Ken was that he was a good guy, so we took a leap of faith because we had become very skeptical of all contractors at that point. Maison pleasantly surprised us. Their work was ahead of schedule and meticulous. Ken and his crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. They exceeded our expectations. They were mindful to our work and family schedule. We would not hesitate to use them again. We recommend them for any home project you may have."

"Trent and his crew truly surpassed all of my expectations! I had them replace my wood siding with vinyl, install new flooring in my kitchen, laundry room, and all bathrooms, install new toilets and vanities, paint, install new cabinet fronts and hardware and replace and repair my fro teal Beau and steps.. They actually built the cabinet doors (shaker style) to save us money and they are gorgeous! Trent has a sharp eye for detail and doesnâ t miss a detail. His pricing is fair and he got us a quote quickly. Their work is top notch - but what really sets them apart is the service. Trent stayed in contact with me so I always knew what their plans were. He and his crew are all super friendly - none of them got annoyed or flustered even when I couldnâ t make a decision on a wall color. "Lux Renovations did an excellent job in remodeling my basement. David Guimares, together with Louis Villegas, did a very timely and professional job with installing an Owens Corning basement. They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. My wife and I (and are neighbors) are very pleased with the outcome of our finished basement and recommend Lux for remodeling a basement."

"We had to reschedule once due to rain but the company followed up to reschedule quickly. The Handyman arrived on time, was professional and competent. He asked if we were providing the siding, which we had already told the company that we wanted them to provide. The Handyman quickly matched and purchased the siding needed. His work to replace the siding was of good quality and quickly done. On the inside, he quickly fixed three doors that would not close correctly; again the work was done efficiently and was well done. We discussed the ramp and the Handyman promised to get back to us with the cost and design. We are awaiting that information, but it has only been a few days. Overall I was quite pkleased with the quality and efficiency of the work done."
