"I was very pleased with the work , workers and service. I plan on using this company again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or remodeling."

"I was looking to completely remodel two of my bathrooms (demolition job). I hired Belmax (Maksim) based on reviews and the estimate for the projects (i.e. $15K). I could not have been any happier with the work that Max and his guys performed. Max is very professional, detail oriented, and the quality of his work is EXCELLENT. Living in my house for over 15 years I have never been more satisfied with a contractor. He is very transparent and trustworthy, keeping me informed of any decisions/deviations from the original plan. The project took slightly longer than expected but not due to any fault of the company. There were some "unexpected issues" with the main bathroom that caused the project to take slightly longer. Max and his team was here every day working. There was very good communication and he kept me updated throughout the entire project. I was so impressed and happy with m bathrooms that I hired him for additional work in my dining room and will be reaching out to him next year when I am ready to remodel my basement. EXCELLENT JOB BELMAX!!"

"I recently used Francis X. White Builder Inc. for a kitchen renovation and addition, and I highly recommend going with Fran and his team for your next home renovation project. From the beginning, Fran added a personal touch to the project with a friendly, honest and informative consultation, and providing a fair price. Fran and his team quickly worked on a design for my project; taking a high-level vision and working it into a functional design. Riley and Mick were highly skilled craftsman and made my vision become a reality with a beautiful kitchen and addition. They paid attention to detail while ,making quick progress and were always courteous and respectful; especially with cleaning up the work space and house everyday. They were very trustworthy as well, allowing me to go about my life without having to worry about anything. Overall, it was a great experience with Fran and his team and I look forward to working with them again on a future project."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"I am so glad that I picked Calco to be my bathroom remodel contractor! From the first day that they came to my home, I was impressed with their products, process, and commitment to quality. My bathroom was very outdated and Calco delivered on their promise and turned it into an incredible bathroom. If you want your bathroom remodeled, I would suggest no one other than Calco for the job!!"

"Rafael did a wonderful job remodeling two bathrooms, installing hardwood flooring, and making various updates to an older condo. He was great to work with and we are very happy with the outcome of his hard work."

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Working with Bella Brothers Construction was a pleasure from start to finish! An estimator, Joe, was sent out within a day or two of my initial inquiry and a quote for work was practically done on the fly. Work started approximately 7 weeks after contract signing due to the lead time for doors and windows. Eric, the project manager, contacted me every step of the way and the work went off without a hitch. Total renovation time was 4 weeks, though the original estimate was approx. 6 weeks. All work was completed to a very high standard and all members of the Bella Brothers staff and crew were extremely professional. I will certainly hire (and recommend) Bella Brothers Construction again for any future project!"

"We have been using Basic Companies since 2014. We had them finish our basement (2014), remodel our kitchen (2018) and add a bathroom in the basement (2020). In all cases, the projects were completed on time, budget and with the highest quality. Needless to say, we are very satisfied and will be going to them for our next remodeling project. You cannot go wrong with this company."
