Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. "Gordon and his crew (GR) did a great job adding finished space to our basement. The previous home-owner had made an attempt with insulation and a scattering of drywall. GR's team removed material and added framing to create two finished rooms, a bathroom, a closet, and a space for the sump pump. These additions required new lighting, connection to the existing HVAC system, new electrical outlets, and drywall installation/painting. A drywall ceiling as well as painting the existing rafters was is scope. The bathroom was already roughed in, so connections were made and fixtures were installed. GR's communication was responsive and professional. The scope of the project was discussed and documented. All completed work was good quality and we are happy with the results. We recommend hiring GR's team for your project."

"We've had experience with renovations in the past, and this was by far our best experience. Frank was transparent and good at communicating. We stayed completely on budget (aside from a few things we added at the end), and the timeline for the most part was met as promised. (We were aiming to be done by Christmas, and aside from the cabinet crown molding and 4 drawer faces, everything was done). Chris, whom did most of the work in our kitchen, was fantastic. Personable, great workmanship, and provided suggestions and input based on his experience. Frank and Chris were also very easy to work with as we wanted to own some of the design elements but needed the helping installing them - i.e. farmhouse sink, backsplash, lights, island design, etc. Frank and Chris were clear about the specs that needed to be met, we purchased the items, and then they installed/built them. It was an easy partnership, and we would work with G&G Kitchen and Bath Restoration again."

"Went so so. There was an issue with the installation. The company came back out to fix their mistake. The initial install of the chair rail was too low. So the chairs were still hitting the wall and damaging it. They had to come back out to take it down and reinstall. During the take down of the original installation the contractor ripped the top layer of drywall along the entire length of the chair rails. Which damaged the walls. After this company performed the work I needed to pay another contractor to repair the walls that were damaged during this project. The damaging of the walls was not communicated to me during the rework. It was unexpected. During the rework I also had to go buy additional materials and then return unused additional materials. So this project caused me unexpected time having to spend time explaining the mistake, having to make a couple extra trips to the hardware store for materials for rework. As well as unexpected additional costs to pay a drywall contractor to mud and sand the unexpected tears in the wall. This company said the tears were because there was wallpaper that was covered up. However the drywall repair contractor I hired to fix the damage said that was not the case."

"Cosmic Remodeling was a pleasure to work with. They worked with us every step of the way. They gave us a cost quote at the beginning of the project, and that was the price. They also did the project in the time frame in which they told us it would be done. Actually, it was done a few days quicker than originally promised.
