"Remodel went smoothly from beginning (choosing what I wanted & colors) to finished work. The designer/sales person, Ben arrived to give estimate of price and work needed complete with samples, prices and ideas. He was not pushy trying to get the job, but had some ideas I hadn't considered. If their price didn't match my budget, Ben helped with other ways to help with the price. When all was done and contract signed 1/2 of payment was due at that time. It took about 2 months to start the work and 3 days to finish it. Daniel, the installer, laid down runners to keep the carpet clean while coming in and out of the house. At the end of day the cleaned up the bathroom and stored his equipment out of the way. He also made sure the entry way and porch was free of debris before leaving. If I had any questions about the work, he would take the time to explain. When time to install the hand rails and height of shower head we worked together to get it where best for me. Not many companies have workers who are proud of their work but Daniel was. Some were surprised when done that none of the wall paper had been damaged. An oak cabinet (floor to ceiling) was installed in old shower spot and it's just perfect . The final payment was due on completion. A shower curtain was put up until the door was installed. Top Tier contacted another company to install the shower door. They came and measured, ask some questions and said in about a week the door would be ready to install. Installation was right on time and my remodel couldn't be any better, just what I had in mind."

"When my husband and I decided we were going to make our house our forever home we knew right away that we needed an expert to remodel it. Like many, we decided it was in our best interest to start small and within our budget. We contacted Harris Renovations and they have been with us through each of our remodeling projects since then. Three projects down with one to go and we would not use anyone other than Harris Renovations. While my husband may think there are more important items to discuss when reviewing Harris Renovation; I am going to focus on the personal care provided by Wendy and Casey. Even before our project was scheduled to begin Wendy went above and beyond to make me feel like my project was the ONLY project that mattered. When I had a question regarding anything regarding our current remodel I was able to quickly text or email Wendy and she was very quick to reply. She quickly picked up on our style and as silly as it sounds she realized the importance of accommodating our cats in our remodel. She was also able to provide excellent options for us when it came to lighting fixtures as well as recommendations on appliances and the faucet. I even went as far as getting her input on the dining room table I was searching for. Wendy is amazing to work with I guarantee she will not let you down. I truly appreciate the attention to detail provided by Casey and his crew. Casey was great about noticing things that we would have never considered. While remodeling our laundry he noticed that the pipes to the washer and dryer required repair. He made sure that we were aware of those types of issues and even replaced them. My husband was most impressed with the fact that Casey and his crew noticed a need for an external electrical outlet when remodeling our kitchen and one day we came home to find the outlet in place and ready to be used. We have one remodel project left in our house -the dreaded bathroom. We will be using Harris Renovations to complete the final project, knowing that we are in good hands. Once the house is finally complete we plan on using Harris Renovations to remodel the office of our family business."

"Gentleman that install was polite and courteous cleanup well after job done"

"We installed a Patio Enclosures sunroom on our home 16 years ago to extend the seasons we could enjoy our patio and to keep mosquitoes and inclement weather at bay. The enclosure has performed well through 16 years, complimenting our home’s aesthetic appeal, and increasing its resale value. Now that we’re building a new home we definitely included a three season enclosure in our plan. It was a pleasure working with Andrew Mulichak in the West Seneca, NY office who helped us design an enclosure to compliment our new home’s appearance and add to its functionality, making it feel like an extension of our home. We look forward to the convenience and functionality the enclosure will add to our new home. And we know we can rely on a quality product with expert installation. We highly recommend Patio Enclosures."

"We had Seth remodel our bathroom, and he absolutely killed it. He was great on his price, and his work was very good. We will be using him again in the future."

"Scott's Landscaping called in the first 24 hours of our signing up with Angie. They showed up to meet us and our yard at the appointed time. They listened to what we wished to have accomplished, gave excellent advise as to the best way to do that. They showed up to do the job when they said they would be here and did everything that the contract stated. T"
