"Day one the expectation of the job was misrepresented to the staff. The GM showed up to my house during the measuring process and express visible disdain for me when he found out that the project did not include labor etc... Upon a future visit to the showroom he pulled a designer out of a meeting with me to discuss that I had used up all of my design time and they needed to wrap up the process. Perhaps they should test the thickness of their office walls before having such conversation. I would also like to add that at no point was it communicated with me how much time I had already used or that I was nearing the end of the time allocated in the bid. Prior to making payment for design services I was contacted numerous times to see if I was satisfied with the help I was receiving only to have to tell them I had not yet had my appointment and couldn't speak to a service level. After the appointment a standard of two weeks would go by between contact even when I would reach out for status/information. Lastly there appears to be only one employee there that can call me by name. I have been called Liz or Lynn verbally or in emails (neither of which is my name). I am quite sure the level of service they give is equal to the amount being spent. I am quite soured on the experience as a whole and I am honestly not sure how to proceed as I will need to start over from scratch possibly with a new designer."

"Great contractor! Very professional and detailed oriented. Tons of experience and great craftsmanship. Easy to work with and provided a lot of great ideas to help improve our project. I'd highly recommend working with them. We just love our new basement, couldn't imagine working with anyone else!!!"

"Frazer Building Co. communicated when they would be there and how much the job would cost. Both were precise. Thank you, John C."

"I shared my budget and project needs with XP Construction company, and they confirmed they could make it happen within budget. There were no added costs through the process. The XP Construction team was incredible to work with! They were professional, on time every day, and highly skilled. They are the only company I will call for my bathroom and kitchen remodel projects moving forward!"

"We have engaged Joe Dombrowski for a number of projects - plumbing, garage door frame carpentry repair project and toilet repairs. He is very professional in his approach, provides a good upfront estimate, arrives on schedule, finishes work on time and bills according to his estimate. We have referred him to a number of friends/ neighbors. They have been very pleased with his service and quality of work, and getting this done right the first time."

"Again, I was really impressed. Very professional."

"Best decision I have EVER made hands down was choosing SHB. I called multiple companies prior and never felt confident in going through with my remodel until I met Jerrod. He was honest, professional, friendly and consistent, along with his whole team. I know if I need anything done in the future I will call him first without hesitation."

"DFS Construction was great! Very professional, fair pricing and excellent, quality craftsmanship. We are a company that does a lot of work for well known Fortune 500 Companies, so we will definitely hire them back again. Many Thanks. We had to have Dennis from DFS Construction come out prior to our mobile showroom going on the road for a last minute addition to the project after we did a road test, he came right away to help us out, he did the work for us quickly before we had to pack up and leave. I am happy to say that the drop ceiling that he installed in our mobile showroom for a Fortune 500 company traveled all the way to Chicago without incident. We will definitely be working with DFS Construction again. Many Thanks."

"They only completed half of the roof."
