Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. My dog even loves them! I highly recommend CSZ Construction. They will most certainly be back for future projects in my home!"

"Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail. He worked clean and took care with my home throughout the process."

They truly cared about the project, our family and the disruption that it caused while living through a Reno of this size (with a toddler and two animals, none the less). They were extremely punctual, honest, quick to respond to questions and just generally a joy to work with. They're excellent at what they do and are really good people as well, which is very rare. And, their crew was top notch. Master tile workers, carpenters, structural and framing experts, etc. They also understood how to retain the integrity of an old house. I can keep going here. LOL. They painted the closet doors as a value add, even though it was not in the original quote. Mike was very responsive. They did a high quality job and as requested, completed the entire job within a week to accommodate our move-in date. His quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes.
