"The construction done by Lucky and his sons was excellent! The new addition was built stronger than our house! I don’t know that we could have a better job from anyone else. We met Lucky after speaking with 8 other contractors, he had already googled our house so he had an idea of the job before he got here whereas the other contractors wanted pictures first. I liked his confidence and knowledge and he was also an engineer which was reflected in his workmanship. His design was better then we expected or even thought of. As a general contractor he doesn’t always do the site work but he was here much of the time checking on the job. His two sons did most of the hard work and not only were they extremely knowledgeable they were very pleasant to have working in your home. Lucky expected a lot from any of his subcontractors any made sure it was done right and calling them back if he wasn’t satisfied (the concrete guys did a sloppy job on the exterior concrete, not affecting the construction just the outside look of it. Lucky made them come back and fix it without us even having to ask. Anything we asked he went above and beyond to do. Lucky’s contract was the most detailed contract we’d seen protecting both parties. The job took one month longer then expected which I’m sure is normal in construction but due to issues out of his control, like two hurricanes. His initial quote was within the same range as most the others. The job ran $5,000 over budget but that was due to changes made and cost involved was explained first with the option to move forward with it or not. Things like we were going to try and save an existing sliding door that was 28 years old we changed to a nice French door that of course was an additional cost. A budget was set up and explained at the signing of the contract and some things ran higher then projected like concrete, the family room was built over an existing Florida room so the concrete had to be leveled to bring the floor up so there was no longer a step down which cost more. The budget cost was based on a step down which we changed deciding wanted it level. Extra costs were from our changes. If we had not made changes we would have been on budget. I don’t think construction is ever a pleasant experience but I think Lucky and his team got us through it. We most certainly would hire him again."

"Our lanai enclosure looks beautiful and the custom windows they installed are super strong. (really thick) The enclosure is so well insulated we just keep our main doors to the lanai open and our house hvac system is handling the cooling with hardly any additional cost. Highly recommend CMusick Construction."

"From the estimate through completion, Craig and his crew were amazing. He kept me involved and let me explain plans and worked with me to make it happen. They are beyond reasonable in pricing, efficient and clean when on site. My neighbors has work done based on their actions at my house. There's tons of companies that are fancy and play games, these guys don't. Do your self a favor and hire them."

"July 7 2025 we lost our house to a fire . Paul Davis Bellview has not just been rebuildour home they are helping to mend our broken hearts. Losing our home of 31y and everything in it , has been horrendous. We have had some bumps ,along the way . That were smoothed out by the Paul Davis team ,Tammy , John Larry and David . From the start Grif and his remediation team explained each step. Kenny made sure he heard what was important to me and just let my cry and cry. Fast forward , our home is almost ready . Now we are picking out cabinets and floors Tammy has so much patience. This is not a corporate vibe. Family owned and the owner really cares about his customers.Mr. ingold stayed in contact with us the whole process . We also got lucky because our ,city of minneola has the best people. Helen kept all the wheels turning . I pray you have not experienced what we have been through . I can say , PD are really good people and do incredable work . Highly recommend . A company with"
