"Wally and his crew do incredible work, are professional, pleasant and conduct themselves as gentlemen. Wally discovered significant water and termite damage during the onset of a home remodeling project. Wally was transparent, supportive and most of all reliable when giving us options. We're very pleased with the work thus far. Wally has reinstilled my trust in the General Contractor industry. I highly recommend Wally and his team. I plan to utilize their services again in the future once these initial projects are complete."

"First Class Home Renovations(Frank) came to our rescue when our initial contractor bailed on us. We could not be more grateful. The professionalism, kindness and, of course, skill exemplified by Frank and his workers made a very stressful situation much easier to bear. The carpenter, Craig, is a master at his craft! We are very pleased with our kitchen remodel and wouldn't hesitate to hire them, again, in the future. Thank you, again, Frank! Best Wishes."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"Family & Friends are EXCELLENT. We had them completely gut and remodel the kitchen of our South Philly rowhome, retile our foyer floor, install a new door and molding around it, and install new transom windows. They were there every day (or told us if they would not be for some specific reason), were extremely responsive to our questions, let us know exactly what was going on, and kept a clean work space. Our kitchen is stunning and every detail is exactly what we wanted. They even built us a custom shelf where a normal cabinet wouldn't fit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a contractor and I don't think I'd ever use a different contractor. If there is a wait -- they are 100% worth that wait!"

"Great work Good price Bathroom remodel New Kitchen floor Will use them again"

"I have known Bill since 2005. At that time he built an addition of a bedroom suite and bathroom to our new home. Since then he has answered our calls for projects small and large. Among the things he and his crews have done are a kitchen remodel, new flooring, master bedroom suite addition, deck, siding, finished the basement, and a garage with a 2 story building attached with the first floor a dance studio and upstairs a game room. Bill is always responsive and listens to what the customer wants. He has always provided me with top notch service."

"The team at RF Home Remodeling did an excellent job in building out my roof deck. They completed everything on time and were extremely professional. Throughout the project they paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure to include my input along the way. I would recommend the group for any major home remodeling project."

"Brian was great! He was very responsive throughout and after the project. He laid out several options for us and provided estimates for each. He helped us work through exactly what we wanted and helped us make decisions on what would be best given our budget and space. I chose Brian over other contractors because I felt he had the best handle on what we wanted and our potential water issues. He had some hiccups to fix that were left by previous contractors and made everything look flawless! Our retaining wall is fantastic and we received many compliments after the work was done. It makes me happy every time I walk out to the car."

"We have been using Basic Companies since 2014. We had them finish our basement (2014), remodel our kitchen (2018) and add a bathroom in the basement (2020). In all cases, the projects were completed on time, budget and with the highest quality. Needless to say, we are very satisfied and will be going to them for our next remodeling project. You cannot go wrong with this company."

"They did very good on my bathroom remodel. Before my bathroom was a mess and looked outdated. Now, it looks more modern. I really like how they did the tiles."
