"Jose remodeled two full bathrooms in my townhouse. One of the remodeled bathrooms was a shift in the actual layout/dimensions of the bathroom itself. It entailed moving a wall and configuring a new closet space. I had an idea of how the new layout of the full bath should be, but Jose helped decide the right shower size/vanity dimensions to make the most out of the space. When it came to pick out the finishes, he was very helpful if I had any logistical questions (will it fit? Is it the right type? Will I need any additional parts, etc). Jose is also a great collaborator to brainstorm ideas. He could also gently and respectfully talk me out of a couple of my bad ideas which I appreciated. A couple of unforeseen issues arose during the construction that were outside the scope of the project and Jose talked me through the problem and was able to get the right people (HVAC, Plumber, etc) out to fix the issues. One thing that I found to be incredibly valuable was that Jose was VERY responsive via phone call or text messaging. I could call or text him day or night if I had any questions/concerns.
