"Joe DaSilva from Silmac has become my go to person for all house projects! Ive remodeled my bathroom, laundry room, and built a new deck with Silmac. Recently I needed an electrician to install an outdoor outlet and Joe sent out an electrician that did the job in a few hours. Ive also recommended Silmac to a friend whom is currently having her bathroom renovated. Reasonably priced and friendly help. Can't recommend this company enough!"

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. They kept us abreast of the project's updates and always made suggestions for ways to improve the work for aesthetics and/or cost savings ideas. Scott’s work was beautiful and he and his crew paid attention to every detail. The majority of the house required a gut renovation and it came out exquisite. Even after the job was complete, he was always available for questions. I would highly recommend using them for any job you have."

"Bob helped me out to replace old ducting for a kitchen hood vent from a smaller size to a bigger one to prepare for new larger kitchen hood that I will be installing. He went above and beyond what I was was hoping for the project including adding a thermal break, additional insulation and damper to the vent that I did not think of. He was great to work with and had great recommendations for future projects at home. I will totally work with him again in the future."

"The best remodeling experience I’ve ever had."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Russell Remodeling and Restoration, led by Tom Russell, were a pleasure to work with in regards to timeliness, quality of work, communicating and responsiveness to our requests/concerns and pricing. Our HOA/ North Cambridge triple decker is planning to rehire them for our future projects!"

"We used Stellar painting to have 3 ceilings painted in our home. Monique was our contact person for scheduling and made things very easy - great communication. Eduardo did the painting and did a wonderful job and was very professional and capable. The price quoted and paid was very fair and the 3 rooms were done in one day. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again for any future projects!"

"I am extremely happy with the painting and carpentry work done by D&S. The workers came every day and worked long hours to get the job done. Not only did they do a great job but they were pleasant and courteous as well. I would not hesitate to hire them to do additional work for me and I have already referred D&S to others."

"Bob and his crew were extremely helpful in replacing our front door and slider. Bob was quick to respond and gave us a very fair and honest quote. He was flexible in the timing when the door we ordered was delayed. He and his team also fixed an additional problem when we realized the previous door had been leaking into our basement. Bob and his team were great to work with and we will be contacting them next time we need help with something."

"John and his team just finished up two bathroom remodels for us. One full bath complete gut and one half bath substantial refresh. Working with John and his team, Jimmy, Paul, Stevie, Gary, Joe, Dave was tremendous. This is how remodeling should be. John is beyond attentive. He is patient, will take the time to answer all questions and his pricing is spot on. The work that he and his crew does is meticulous, they are prompt (arriving each day at the exact same time - really), talented and experienced. I could go on and on but you should get the picture by now. If you are thinking about remodeling, invite John to your home to discuss it with him. Have your checkbook ready and get in his queue. There is a reason he is busy. We recommend Busy Bee unconditionally. Thank you Busy Bee!!!"
