"I was impressed with Great Lakes by how quickly the new windows were installed and how well the rooms were cleaned after they were completed. We did find a couple flaws in the screens after they left, and they were quick to order us new screens and it took just a couple weeks to deliver them. The windows are high quality- the rooms were warm in the winter (I didn't notice any drafts) and so far the rooms have stayed cool through the hot days we've had this summer. The windows also crank out easily without sticking or squealing."

I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal.
