"We purchased a fixer upper and hired RMS with a construction/rehab loan. That process is very tedious in itself but Rick worked with us and the bank to make it all work. We had a new metal roof put on. (Looks amazing). In addition to the roof we hired them to demolish a trailer, addition, electrical panel, outlets, installing a new tub and surround and drylock our basement. We are very pleased with the outcome."

Our two installers were very respectful of our home, very polite and kind and had a very good work ethic and cleaned up the remodel mess in a timely manner. Our work involved removing a 1963 robin egg blue tub and adding a beautiful marble walk in shower. We are very pleased with our new addition, it is beautiful!
