"FANTASTIC JOB! Our 100 year old house looks brand new. Crew was early on the job each day and worked very hard at all times. Clean and organized. They were fast and the work is impeccable. Many neighbors and passers by have said what an amazing job they did. We agree! Painted our big front porch and our light fixtures too! We were going to buy new ones — now no need! Like brand new also. That alone saved about $800!! Cannot say enough about how great it all looks. They also worked on a flood issue on our stairwell landing for us last year. "My family had the pleasure of contracting John and his crew to remodel our kitchen. We live in a nearly century-old house that was not properly cared for by the previous owner, and our original kitchen showed it. John helped us plan out a full remodel with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, and ceiling (the latter two were originally slanted and uneven). He was communicative and thorough during the planning phase and his crew was always on time, professional, and thorough during the actual construction work. John was on site each day to supervise and keep us in the loop on how things were progressing. They caught multiple major structural/functional issues along the way that they were able to fix without it even impacting their timeline for the project. Thanks to John, my family now has a beautiful, functional kitchen. We will definitely be reaching out to him when we start additional projects in our house!"

"Ideally, 3 seperate reviews should be done, because i interfaced with 3 seperate people. basically the technicians were punctual and friendly. the first technician, John was just at my apt for drywall repairs. He is on the verge of retirement (in his 60s) and didn't do a good job. the next day the paint was peeling/cracking. Then I emailed/called Anne Sheridan (who answers the phone) since Mr. Handyman has a guarantee on their work. She basically accused me of lying and we had to go back and forth at least 4 times over email and have a long winded phone call just to have a return technician to resolve the situation. So Anne can improve her soft skills; it shouldn't be a hassle to resolve a situation. I also asked that her manager call me, but I never got a call. Finally another technician, Michael O'Donnell was sent out. He was not just friendly, but also great at his job. When he left the drywall looked good and stayed that way. I also needed additional work done (shelving and door locks) which Michael repaired quickly and effectively. Mr. Handyman is a little pricey though...I wish the hourly rate was more affordable. However, the friendliness, vetting, punctuality, and competence of the technicians as well as the guarantee makes their service worthwhile."
