"Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."

We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. Sometimes communication with remodels is a problem, but not here. Courteous, always calling to say when coming over and always available on phone to help with my different ideas! "I highly recommend Mike and Loft Remodeling. Mike contacted me after I had been told by 2 other companies that it was too late in the year (October) to have new windows created in my family room. I had disappointedly decided to postpone my plan until spring and was so happy that Mike did the job, beautifully, within weeks. Mike created new windows in the family room, previously a very dark space, well in advance of the Holidays. Mike was also very accommodating when I asked about an additional, outdoor job which consisted of moving a fence to allow me to let my dog in and out from the attached garage, another project I had been told would have to wait. Now with the snow and messy weather it is so great to be able to spare my family room floor. The projects were done with minimal disruption to the household, were affordable, and I appreciated that Mike respected Covid precautions in and around my home. I will definitely be calling upon him again as I think of future projects."

"I am extremely happy with the work PAMM did when they came to my house in April and cut down 11 trees, including grinding the stumps. There were 4 small to medium size trees and 7 large to very large trees. It took 2 days to cut down and grind all of the trees and 3 days to remove all of the debris. There was a bunch of large and small branches, small sticks and sawdust to remove and everything was totally cleaned up. In addition, two other trees were trimmed in the front and back yard. The tree in the front had large and very high branches leaning over the house. The branches were cut down using a lift and now there are no more branches leaning over the house. The last task that PAMM did was replace a dusk to dawn outdoor light on the barn. The cost of completely removing 11 trees was very reasonable. I was originally going to remove 9 trees, but the cost was lower than expected so I added two more trees. I highly recommend PAMM to anyone that needs to remove or trim trees."
