"We worked with VAP Contracting for the renovation of our master bathroom after evaluating proposals from this company and a couple of others. It was easy to work with Victor and his team throughout the process. They were always courteous and professional, and kept the work areas very clean. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost was very competitive. In addition, Victor accommodated all of our requests on scheduling. We would highly recommend VAP Contracting for similar work."

"We live in Bronxville, where the expectation are high for quality of work done on houses. Bud, and team, did an amazing job with a pretty large job. It was a full basement remodel, down to the studs, and he was great to work with. Really appreciate his professionalism and quality. I would recommend him fully, even for jobs that are larger and require a high level of finish quality."

"Angela and her talented team did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel from the initial estimate to the finished details. Jason, Steve, Billy, the plumber and even the electricians were all punctual and respectful of my time and home. When there was an issue, Angela was quick to resolve it and rectify a solution that worked perfectly. I absolutely recommend Hire Her Inc. for any of your contractor needs."

"Basement remodel after water issues. Excellent service and craftsmanship. Always on site and clear about what is required. Will use again."

"I would give them 1000 stars if I could. We are beyond happy with the results of our kitchen remodel. Stephan is amazing and kept everything on time and on budget. He kept me informed of the progress and next steps. Would recommend V&S 1000% for any home improvement job."

"I can't say enough about Hector and his team. It was a big project involving tearing out an old rotting wooden retaining wall and installing one with interlocking blocks -- a LOT of blocks along a very long stretch, multiple levels, and in a place that machinery could not easily reach. I put it out for multiple bids, and some people just make up (higher) numbers. Hector's bid was very competitive, maybe even the lowest, and he did more work than anyone else was proposing to do. In particular, an additional design element that he proposed (he was the only one I talked to who took the time to find out what I liked and didn't like and made a creative suggestion for something new, rather than just replacing what the old one looked like). And then the team was all super professional and friendly, took the time needed to do the job right and it was a lot of very hard work. We've been getting a lot of compliments on the results. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat."

"Leonard and his team remolded our kitchen for our house. They carefully listened to our plan and expectations of what we wanted our kitchen to look like. Anything that was not exactly what we expected was changed to our liking. The job was started in a punctual manner. Work continued every day. The only time they stopped was when material for the project was delayed during delivery. Leonard takes pride in his work and makes sure your hopes and dreams are fulfilled. I would recommend Leonard and his home improvement team to anyone and already have. In addition I have requested his services for future projects in our house."

"He remodeling a Bedroom .His work from the bedroom was an excellent. Im definitely going to rehire them for the next projects. Im gonna do other projects in house with them."

"Gustavo Lojano is the first person I reach out to when I have a project in mind. And after wrapping up on one project, I'm usually already planning what the next project he can help on is. That's how much I trust his work. Below are quick summaries for projects he's completed for me over the years. Bathroom Remodel - This was my first time hiring Gustavo, and thank God I did. I was completely able to rely on his experience and expertise. I could trust that everything being done was to code, which was very important to me since it's an old house. And to speak on his work ethic, he's a contractor that takes pride in his work and ensures that the best quality is put forth. He was on-site everyday to check in on his team and make sure everything was being done to his standard. (fyi, it was, the people he hires are also great) In the end, the bathroom turned out great.  Staircase Refinish - I hired Gustavo again to refinish the main staircase in our house because there was no way I'd let anyone else near the job. I only trusted him and his team to get the job done correctly. Despite it being a very tedious and time consuming project, his team did an amazon job, from sanding to staining, an A+ job. Washer/Dryer Install - I know when I have a project that involves multiple departments, Gustavo is the person to call. Since he takes so much pride in his work, he surrounds himself with and collaborates with people he trusts and who also do good work. For this install I needed a plumber and electrician, which he was easily able to provide and coordinate with. The project turned out great. He even saved me from making a mistake on a layout decision, proving once again how much I trust his experience and expertise. Kitchen Ceiling - One of the projects I unfortunately didn't have Gustavo on was my kitchen remodel, and to this day, I wish I had. One of the main eye sores our other contractor left us with was an issue with the ceiling. But Gustavo 1. noticed it right away, since any good contractor would have, and 2. was able to fix it easily and at a fair price. If this was Gustavo's kitchen remodel, he never would have allowed for an error like that to go uncorrected."

"Very flexible. Real experience: many contractors if you ask for simple additional favors like can you correct a piece of siding or change a spotlight in a high location while powerwashing? They want try and squeeze another 50 bucks for a 5 min task. You dont win customers this way but Peter Torres was completely amicable along with his crew who were insight. Its the little things that make you save a contractors number down to your phone for the next job. Not the cost."
