The day of the appointment, I received a phone call from Chuck (service tech) to let me know that he was en route to my home and his estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, Chuck immediately started a thorough system condition and performance inspection, using a detailed checklist. During this process, Chuck asked several questions about the system's history and past maintenance.
