"We recently purchased a new home furnace and central air through Total Comfort Heating/Home Depot to replace our 47 year old Lennox. Total Comfort provided great communication as to the process and scheduling of the installation. The Techs notified us when they were on their way for the installation which was one day before a serious snow storm was coming through. Upon arrival they were a little set back by the age and installation of the existing furnace. They eagerly jumped on the task which was being done in conjunction with gas conversion from propane to natural gas and a new hot water heater which required running a new gas line to the exterior of the house. They worked non-stop and by the end of the day they completed everything with the exception of connecting up the air conditioner. I believe the techs went far and beyond there scope of work including bringing our hot water up to code, They provided advice and the know how to improve the air in our home with this new machine which I have completed with a noticeable difference. However, as that company no longer installed that manufacturer, they refused to honor the warranty, and I had to find someone else to help; enter Minnesota Plumbing & Heating. Instead of charging me more money to re-diagnose the issue, I was put on the phone with Paul, who took me at my word, answered all of my questions and set up service to replace the old leaking heater including installing a disaster pan. The permit inspector complemented the work done. We have a lot of confidence in the service we received and will definitely use Minnesota Plumbing & Heating again."
