"Our air went out at the start of summer during an extremely hot period (90's+!). Due to the way our place is set up, it was a REALLY tough install that required using a crane to get the AC on the roof, and pulling the water heater - which it turns out needed replacement also (ugh!). Rich came to our rescue, even loaning us a portable AC that we could use until the install could be done. He worked hard, and coordinated well with the plumber we had in to pull/replace the water heater. He was friendly, very flexible and did good work. We're very happy with the service he gave us. On top of all of this, his price was very reasonable. Much less than the other guys and some of them took one look at our system and flat out refused the job! I highly recommend you call Rich and skip some of the "big names" in town that want to charge more, and work less hard for you. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern.
